"This is by far the best insurance company!! The customer service alone will make you happy! Any time I have a need, a question, need to add or drop or change coverage, these people are on it! Accident that's not your fault, they are on it! Very polite, honest and even called me when more coverage was available for a cheaper rate!! WOW!! Roadside assistance can suck, but remember, they are only finding you a tow truck, having them come to you and paying for the tow, not in charge of how fast they respond or how well of a job they do towing your vehicle so have a little compassion for the insurance office and leave a review to the towing company instead!"
